Description
On the Exterior: We will be installing a new roof, fixing fascia and soffit as needed and installing new gutters as well, also installing a few new windows.<:On the Interior: We will be domoing the second floor to the studs and attic space, re-building 2 walls in 1 bedroom towards the back right side of home(Drawings are included) please note that both walls are not load bearing walls, Installing new insulation, new drywall, tape & mud, new paint, new baseboards and trim, new flooring, new pre-hung doors for bedrooms, Partial Electrical work will be subbed out to a liscenced electrician for the 2nd floor and attic space, main bathroom will get new fixtures (toilet, vanity, light and nedicine cabinet) No new plumbing is required leaving existing, and lastly an HVAC technition will be hired to perform basic maintenance on HVAC system.
