Description
60Mil GAF Adhered TPO Proposal:<:- Job site safety and setup.<:- Remove existing roofing system down to the deck and along the parapet walls.<:- Inspect decking and clean roofing surface.*<:- Install two (2) layers of 2.6” Polyiso Flat Insulation over entire field (R30 value per<:city code), adhered to the deck.<:- Install polyiso crickets at scuppers, where needed.<:- Install ½” HD Prime Roof Board over entire roof surface, adhered to polyiso. (per<:ASTM 7-16 code)<:- Install GAF 60mil TPO membrane over entire field, adhered to the coverboard;<:Color: White<:- Install GAF 60mil TPO membrane on parapet walls, adhered up and over walls<:with bonding adhesive and termination bar; color to match field membrane.<:- All TPO seams and penetration accessories to be heat welded with hot air and<:tested.<:- Properly flash all walls, curbs, pipe stacks and other protrusions in strict<:accordance with manufacture's specifications.<:- Upon full completion of installation, TPO membrane install to be inspected by an<:approved manufacturer technician before warranty to be issued.<:- Staging area to be determined by owner<:- All dumpsters and lift provided by Farha Roofing, LLC<:- Clean and haul off all roofing related debris on a daily basis.<:- GAF Roofing System will be covered by a 20 year NDL (No Dollar Limit) full<:system warranty and a 2 year Farha Roofing, LLC workmanship warranty.<:Metal:<:- Remove all existing metal coping, counter-flashing and edge metal. Replace with<:new 24 gauge, where applicable.<:- Install baked finish, flange style metal gutters; color: TBD<:- Install new prefabricated downspout, cut in new drops into the gutter for<:downspouts.<:- Install metal scuppers and 24 gauge baked finish collection box with<:downspouts; color: TBD – Choose Color Below
